- I hear voices. Loud. Incessant. And very real. Which basically gives me two options: choke back massive amounts of Prozac or write fiction. I chose the latter. Way cheaper. I've been writing since I discovered blank wall space and Crayolas. I seek to glorify God in all that I write...except for that graffiti phase I went through as a teenager. Oops. I dunno, the stress of a command performance might scare the crickets out of me.
If I remember correctly, I acted like a complete duncehead when I got "the call". I believe I started muttering about pirates and bowspirts and grapeshot.. I'm serious surprised they actually sent me a contract! But you know what? We authors are a little weird anyway. I think they expect that.
I can't WAIT until you get that "call" dearie!
So HAPPY you got your call MaryLu!!! Praying for a lot more in your future, dear Cap'n!!!
