Michelle, you are the only author I know who would come up with and vlog an exercise routine for writers! Good job! I just stick to my elliptical--it's plain, but I do get lots of story ideas on it!

Michelle, you just made my day, my week! I love your exercise routine...right up my alley.
Oh, tomorrow, the 23rd, I am reviewing Undercurrent on my blog. Come over and let me know how you like it. :)

Heather ~ When I do make it to the gym, the elliptical is my machine of choice. I can read and forget that I'm exercising!

Debbie ~ Feel free to join me exercising anytime! And I'll pop over to your blog for a visit today. Thanks so much!

I'll have you know that there is such a thing as "Chair Exercise".. I go twice a week and it's wonderful.. You need to come down here again and spend a couple days and I'll show you what exercise is all about... I have a video on the class I take I might have to send you a copy... We have around 60 people in the class and I have a hard time keeping up with them.. Oh and they range in age from 75-89... The gal that leads the class Just retired from the military and worked with the military people in fitness.. She is amazing..

So NOT going to try weight lifting with my Greyhound, he comes in at something around 30 kilos. Pulling a muscle or putting my back out does not appeal to me- never mind having a very bewildered dog.
However, having a 25 minute walk to Campus is probably beneficial.

How about sledging in that snow?

RD ~ You're on, girl. I'm up for chair exercising anytime!

Medieval Girl ~ Hah! I'd love to see your Greyhound's face if you did manage to get him off the ground.

Is sledging the same thing as sledding? I'm guessing so. Haven't gone yet this year. Since we moved, I'm not sure where the nearest sledding hill is.

Yes, it is the same thing- caught unawares by the dialectal nuances of spelling there.

He HAS been lifted off the ground a few times (not recently)- the look on his doggie face? Something like bewilderment or confusion and perhaps a hint of annoyance if I recall. I'm not going to be trying again any time soon to see if I remember correctly.
